　　美国能源部宣布，在截至3月23日一周中，商业原油库存环比增330万桶。据普氏能源资讯(Platts)调查，分析师平均预期上周库存环比将增加160万桶。此前一周库存环比降131万桶。一般情况下库存超预期油价将下跌。
