　　国家外汇管理局17日发布的人民币合格境外机构投资者（RQFII）投资额度审批情况表显示，今年2月、3月份，外汇局未批出RQFII额度。

　　截至今年3月底，外汇局共批出700亿元人民币RQFII额度，其中基金系593.5亿元，证券系106.5亿元。

　　RQFII于2011年8月17日推出，起步金额200亿元人民币。到目前为止，RQFII已经历两次扩容。具体运作流程是证监会允许符合一定资格条件的基金管理公司、证券公司的香港子公司作为试点机构，运用其在港募集的人民币资金在经批准的人民币投资额度内开展境内证券投资业务。
